    Business Need / Purpose of Role

    This role has key importance of increasing key customer sales and satisfaction. This account engineer will be responsible for specified key account in Turkey in order to increase OE and AM sales.

    Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities

    • Managing the activities in Turkey according to company’s operation procedures in safe way
    • Increasing sales. of OE and AM in designated account.
    • Ensuring to maximize the sales opportunity and volume of the complete Weir Minerals product portfolio in the offered and on-going sales projects and participating in these activities when required.
    • Visiting designated account's sites in Turkey in regular basis in order to meet customer’s needs.
    • Creating opportunities in designated account's sites.
    • Identifying customer’s OE anf Spare parts needs upfront.
    • Ensure the reporting procedures are followed reported information is sufficient.
    • Maintain up to date records and follow touch-points of agreements from start to finish, order processing.
    • Products samples/trials and tracking it.
    • Complete the sales documents and Maintain database containing sales information
    • Developing of sales presentations.
    • Customer complaint control and support sales/service team in this area.
    • Follow up quotation s sent to customers.
    • Building strong relationships with the designated account's decision makers.

    Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mining, Mineral Processing or Mechanical Engineering
    • Fluency in both written and spoken English
    • Minimum 2 years of experience with sales, engineering and mineral processing business
    • Well-developed customer network in Turkish mining and aggregate business is an asset
    • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications, Outlook & SAP
    • Ability to work in a team, result orientated with strong planning, problem solving and analytical skills
    • Effective communication and organization skills and ability to work in a demanding environmen
    • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to learn
    • High ethical standards & integrity,
