    Business Need / Purpose of Role

    To dismantle, inspect, repair and rebuild Weir SPM & Customer Owned Treating Iron equipment

    Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities

    • All tasks are to be carried out to Weir SPM HSE Policies, procedures and lean principles
    • Report any accident, near miss or environmental issue to your Supervisors immediately.
    • Weir SPM Work Instructions/SOPS are to be followed at all times.
    • Strip down, service and repair of Treating Iron under minimum supervision.
    • Carry out NDT Inspection of all equipment to Weir SPM or Customers standards.
    • Pressure tests all Treating Iron & Set Relief valves under minimum supervision.
    • Process Customer Work Orders from Goods In to Dispatch under minimum supervision.
    • All logs/Pressure test charts to be legible and completed on time.
    • Loading out equipment and recording serial numbers Using Iron Request Form
    • Maintain a high level of housekeeping at all times within workshop cells.
    • Priorities jobs to meet internal and external customer needs.
    • Any other duties as required by your Supervisors.
    • You may be required to work offsite in the UK and overseas.
