    Business Need / Purpose of Role

    This position will be responsible from Comminution sales activities for Turkey reporting to Territory Manager Turkey and working closely with Regional Comminution Sales Manager.

    Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities

    • Managing of the activities in Turkey according to company’s operation procedures in safe way
    • Increasing sales of OE and AM in the region.

    • Ensuring to maximize the sales opportunity and volume of the complete Weir Minerals comminution product portfolio in the offered and on-going sales projects and participating in these activities when required.

    • Ensure that the knowledge level of the personnel is sufficient to performing their duties to achieve the given tasks.

    • Ensure the reporting procedures are followed reported information is sufficient

    • Maintain up to date records and follow touch-points of agreements from start to finish, order processing.

    • Process the tenders.

    • Products samples/trials and tracking it.

    • Complete the sales documents and Maintain database containing sales information.

    • Developing of sales presentations.

    • Customer complaint control and support sales/service team in this area.

    • Follow up quotation s sent to customers.

    • Building strong relationships with the customer.

    Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mining, Mineral Processing or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience with sales, engineering and mineral processing business.
    • Well-developed customer network in Turkish mining and aggregate business is a bonus.
    • Knowledge of crushing and screening and milling (rod mill, ball mill, SAG/AG mill, HPGR, etc.) process is preferable.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications, Outlook & SAP.
    • Experience in an international organization.
    • No military obligation for male candidates.
