    Job Profile

    We are looking for an experienced and passionate Individual to join our central HR Team, based in our European Head office in Todmorden. The ideal candidate will be involved in identifying current and future hiring needs, managing the end to end recruitment and onboarding process.

    To be successful in this role, you should have an HR academic background along with work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates, planning the overall Talent and Retention strategy and assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

    Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent strategy
    • Identifying current and future hiring needs
    • Provide advice and guidance on policies and procedures
    • Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics.
    • Create, implement and manage onboarding plans
    • Collaborate with hiring managers ensure full understanding and ownership
    • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
    • Design, implement and monitor employee referral scheme
    • Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
    • Manage the graduate and apprentice schemes
    • Support HR policy and process development
    • Responsible for the end to end recruitment and induction process of all new hires
    • Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including screening, phone, competency, technical, first-round and second-round interviews
    • Ensure meaningful data is provide to HR department and management
    • Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
    • Determine qualification criteria for each position
    • Analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs
    • Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
    • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
    • Participate in job fairs to promote company’s reputation within the community and industry, working towards our goal of being the employer of choice.
    • Help new hires onboard and implement training programme
    • Assist in performance management, probation tracking and employee evaluation
    • Maintaining employee records and paperwork, whilst supporting other admin duties

    Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

    Experience and Education

    • Experience as a Recruitment advisor or similar
    • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, employee relations training & development etc.
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Experience with HR software such as ATS, HRIS and Recruitment Marketing platform
    • Outstanding admin, organisational and time-management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • A natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude
    • Good decision-making skills
    • Strong ethical standards



    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
    • Additional HR education and certification would be advantageous
